How To Use:

Prep:

- Smooth lips with an exfoliant.- Dab on a touch of Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm to soften and fill in texture.

Wear Alone:

- Swipe the LUST: Gloss applicator across the top and bottom lips. Repeat if desired.- To shape and define, apply PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in a coordinating or complementary shade, following your pout’s natural contours or drawing just outside the lip line for added volume.

Apply as a Topper:

- After applying your base lip colour, top with a layer of LUST: Gloss, concentrating on the center of your pout.- You can also create different looks by filling in the lip with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil, blending with a lip brush and finishing with LUST: Gloss.
