How to Use:
- Khapli Wheat Rava is already roasted and ready to cook. Add to boiling water or milk (1:2 ratio), stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and cook on low flame until soft and fluffy. Use it to prepare wholesome upma with vegetables and ghee, comforting porridge sweetened with jaggery, traditional pongal with moong dal and spices, or dosa and uttapam batter after soaking and light fermentation.
