Red Chillies ,Pink Rock Salt , Fennel , Dry Raw Mango Powder , Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Seeds ,Turmeric , Nigella , Black Pepper , Cardamom , Cumin , Cloves , Black Cumin , Mace , Nutmeg 

Directions

• Cut Boiled Potatoes (250 g) Into Equal Pieces.

• Soak 4 Teaspoon Of Roopak Achari Aloo Masala In (One And Half) Cup Of Water For 10 Minutes To Make Paste.

• On Low Flame, Saute the Boiled Potatoes Pieces in Oil till Golden Brown Add the masala paste and stir till the paste turns into a thick gravy.
