Ingredients:

Red ChiIIies, Onion, Coriander, Iodised Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamom Seeds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Mace, Cloves, Nutmeg, Black Cumin

Directions:

• Mix 1 kg minced  lamb,half cup oil & four teaspoon Roopak tikka seekh kabab masala leave aside for three hours to marinate.

• Make small meat balls about 100 gms each & thread each meatball through a skewer put the seekh kabab on a very low heat of coal or oven sprinkle the roopak kabab seasoning & lime juice.
